                    Support to MSC Students

Among several actions, the Engage 2 project is committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for university students, by offering valuable experiences.

Addressing Master’s students, the project offers the unique opportunity to enhance their thesis journey, by providing:

  • Assistance with Thesis Topic Identification: Engage 2 offers guidance and support in identifying suitable and compelling topics for Master’s theses, ensuring that students embark on research endeavours aligned with their academic interests and career aspirations.
  • Peer-Review of Technical Content: Our project facilitates a peer-review process to assess the technical content of the theses. This constructive feedback aids students in refining and enhancing their work, contributing to the overall quality and completeness of the drafting process.
  • Career Path Discussions: Engage 2 provides a platform for students to engage in discussions about potential career paths related to their academic pursuits. This guidance is designed to help students make informed decisions about their future endeavours and professional aspirations.

In addition to the core support for Master’s theses, Engage 2 is delighted to offer further enriching experiences to selected students, including:

  • Participation in International ATM Events: This exposure not only broadens their perspectives but also allows them to connect with professionals and stay abreast of the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Internship Opportunities with CANSO Members: This hands-on experience within the industry provides students with valuable insights, practical skills, and networking opportunities that can significantly contribute to their academic and professional growth.

Eligible candidates are Master’s students actively involved in their thesis work starting from February 2024 and with an available English version for review. While the thesis must be in the ATM sector, it is not required to directly align with the Thematic Challenges of Engage 2.

To be considered for this opportunity, interested students can apply via email at, using the subject line “MSc students opportunity.”
